Harrison Build is a UK building contractor working almost exclusively for housing associations and estate/letting agents — professional buyers who procure on behalf of housing stock, not one-off domestic customers.
We do five things well — repairs and maintenance, refurbishment, fire protection (within our certified scope), minor external works, and property void refurbishments. The mix is deliberate: it maps onto the property lifecycle our clients manage every day.
Our clients aren't shopping for a builder. They're managing compliance, resident welfare and budget over years. What they need from a contractor isn't a sales pitch — it's order, competence, and evidence. That's the standard we build to.
We're straightforward about what we do and don't do. If a piece of work sits outside our certified scope — fire protection especially — we'll say so and, where we can, point you to specialists we've worked alongside.
